AI Learning Support Notice

Mr. Q is an AI-supported educational tutoring system operated by Infinae Labs. It is designed to support learning, not replace a parent, guardian, teacher, school, counselor, or professional academic evaluation.

What Mr. Q does

Mr. Q uses artificial intelligence to help provide instructional responses, hints, explanations, learning guidance, and lesson support during student sessions.

Accuracy limits

AI-supported responses may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not suited to every learner’s situation. Students and families should verify important information when appropriate.

Private information

Students should not enter private personal information into Mr. Q. This includes sensitive family information, addresses, phone numbers, passwords, medical information, or other information that is not needed for the lesson.

Account and learning records

Account email is used for sign-in, confirmation codes, password recovery, course access, purchase history, and support. Student use of Mr. Q may create lesson interaction records, progress records, notes, summaries, and technical or security logs used to operate the service and support learning. Email changes require Infinae support to protect course access and purchase records.

Some live session stream records and temporary technical or security logs may be retained for a limited time and then deleted or minimized. Completed progress, summaries, notes, access, support, and purchase records may be retained longer as needed to operate the service.

Student information

Infinae does not sell student personal information, does not use student learning activity for third-party advertising, and does not create third-party marketing profiles from student learning activity.

Human review

Parents, guardians, teachers, or other authorized adults should review important academic, placement, billing, account, or support decisions.

Mr. Q is not designed for emergencies, medical advice, legal advice, mental health crisis support, or other professional services. Users should contact an appropriate trusted adult, professional, emergency service, or school official when needed.
