Infinae Refund Policy

Refunds are not automatic. Digital course access is generally not refundable after access is granted, and any approved refund, partial refund, credit, or correction is reviewed manually by Infinae unless otherwise required by law.
This Refund Policy applies to direct purchases of Infinae Labs course access through Infinae checkout and Stripe Checkout. By continuing with checkout, you acknowledge this policy.
1. Related policies
This Refund Policy applies only to refund, access correction, and payment support review. Use of Infinae is also governed by the Terms of Service, and Infinae’s handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Refunds are manually reviewed
Infinae does not provide automatic or self-service refunds in this version. Refund requests must be reviewed manually by Infinae. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
3. Digital course access is generally not refundable after access is granted
Once payment is confirmed and course access is granted, purchases are generally not refundable. Infinae course access is a digital education product, and access may begin immediately after successful payment and entitlement creation.
4. Full refunds are discretionary
Full refunds are discretionary unless required by law or expressly approved by Infinae. Infinae may deny a refund request, approve a partial refund, approve a full refund, issue a credit, correct access, or take another action that Infinae determines is appropriate after review.
5. Correction-based refund review
Infinae may approve a refund, partial refund, credit, access correction, or other adjustment when review shows a duplicate charge, failed or mismatched payment, incorrect entitlement, Infinae-caused access error, or another issue that Infinae determines requires correction.
6. Starter and Complete Course purchases
Starter Pass purchases and Complete Course Access purchases may be reviewed differently because they grant different access scopes. Starter access may be limited to the first configured lessons, while Complete Course Access unlocks the normal full course path.
7. Upgrade purchases and credits
Starter-to-Complete-Course upgrade purchases may include backend-calculated starter credit when eligible. Refund review for an upgrade may consider the original starter purchase, the upgrade transaction, credit applied, course access already provided, and entitlement changes already made.
8. Duplicate or failed payments
If a payment appears duplicated, failed, incomplete, or mismatched, Infinae may review Stripe payment records, checkout metadata, Infinae receipt records, backend entitlement records, and related policy acknowledgements before deciding whether to correct access, issue a refund, issue a partial refund, or take another action.
9. Refund amount calculation
If Infinae approves a refund or partial refund, the approved amount may be reduced to account for course access already provided, usage or progress in the course, credits or discounts already applied, duplicate-benefit prevention, and non-recoverable transaction, tax, or service costs. These costs may include, without limitation, payment processor costs, card-network costs, tax-related processing or remittance costs, tax amounts already collected or required to be remitted, and reasonable administrative costs associated with review, correction, access adjustment, or dispute prevention.
10. Access after refund or correction
If a refund, partial refund, credit, or correction is approved, Infinae may keep, revoke, reduce, downgrade, or otherwise adjust the related course entitlement. Some cases may require manual follow-up before access or payment records can be fully resolved. Backend entitlement records remain the authority for course access.
11. No refund execution in the app
This version records refund policy acknowledgement but does not include self-service refund execution, automated refund calculation, or customer portal refund handling. Approved money movement, if any, is handled manually by Infinae through the appropriate payment processor or support process.

13. Changes to this policy
Infinae may publish an updated refund policy in the future. If the policy changes after launch, checkout may require acknowledgement of the current version before a new purchase can be completed.
