Mr. Q is an AI-supported learning guide. It helps students work through lessons with explanations, questions, hints, notes, and guided practice.
Learning Home
Learning Home is the first screen students see after signing in. It shows enrolled courses, current lessons, completed lessons, notes, and course progress.
Browsing courses
Use Browse courses to view available courses. Some courses may be available to purchase, included by a school or organization, or marked as coming soon.
Enrolled courses
Enrolled courses appear in Learning Home after access is granted. Course access is based on Infinae account records, not just a checkout screen or email receipt.
Hiding and restoring courses
Students can hide a course from Learning Home without deleting course access, progress, notes, or purchase history. Hidden courses appear in Archived and must be restored before lessons can be launched again.
Starting, resuming, and retaking lessons
- Start lesson begins a new lesson attempt.
- Continue lesson resumes a lesson when a resume window is available.
- Restart lesson uses an available course restart when retakes are allowed.
Chatting with Mr. Q
During a lesson, students answer questions and ask for help in the chat. Mr. Q may ask follow-up questions, give hints, explain a step, or guide the student to try again.
Students should focus on the math or learning task and avoid entering private personal information into chat.
Action buttons
Depending on the lesson moment, students may see action buttons such as asking for help, continuing, parking a topic for later, checking whether they can move ahead, or finishing the lesson. Not every action appears all the time.
Notes and PDFs
Students can review lesson notes and completed-lesson summaries when available. Completed lesson notes may also be downloadable as a PDF.
Purchase history and support
Purchase history is available from the account menu. For purchase or access questions, include the checkout reference shown in purchase history.
Missing access
If a course is missing after purchase, first refresh Learning Home. If access is still missing, contact support@infinae.ai with the account email and checkout reference.
Account and password help
Students can change their password from the account menu after signing in. If a student cannot sign in, use the sign-in screen for password recovery. Email confirmation and password reset codes are sent through the Infinae account email.
The account email is used for sign-in, confirmation codes, password recovery, course access, purchase history, and support. Email changes require Infinae support at support@infinae.ai to protect course access and purchase records.
AI learning support, privacy, and terms
Mr. Q may make mistakes. Students, parents, guardians, and teachers should review important academic decisions. Read the AI learning support notice.
